Invitation policy Horses On Ice 2009
The organization, even as the NSIJP and the FEIF, consider it as important to publish as early as possible the guidelines for participating at Horses On Ice 2011.
The organization believes that the invitation policy of the last events has had a great contribution to the safety of the event.
Safety of horse and rider has the highest priority.
From this perspective, the organization has made the following guidelines.
These guidelines may be revises based on new insights (in which case it will be published) and these guidelines can’t be derived from participation rights.
Guidelines:

The organization strives to a field of about 100 combinations.

In order to participate riders have to mail a complete registration form to deelnemers@horsesonice.nl
To receive this registration form you have to mail to deelnemers@horsesonice.nl -
The organizers reserve the right to invite national and international combinations with impressive results from the past and present.

The organization seeks an optimum distribution of participants from the FEIF countries.

Per rider no more than two horses at the start.

Participation is possible when one met one of the following qualifications (obtained in 2010)
* T1-T2-T3 6.0 points
* V1-V2 6.0 points
* F1-F2 5.8 points
* P2 5.8 points (obtained in P1-P2-P3-PP1) -
The participant should indicate when and where this qualification requirement is achieved.

There is a chance that the amount of participants is reached sooner than expected. The organization strives to inform participants as soon as possible.
